About Nicole Fendel

South African-born Australian-based jewellery designer Nicole Fendel launched her eponymous collection in 2002, successfully fusing romantic sentiment with a modern jewellery aesthetic. Her delicate bracelets, precious cocktail rings and beautiful pendants with poetic engravings have struck a chord with women throughout Australia, with a celebrity clientele including Isabelle Lucas, Kristy Hinze, Yumi Stenes, Jessica and Ashley Hart and Jennifer Hawkins. Her collections have featured in the best Australian fashion magazines and were available in premium boutiques around the country within the first year of launch. Nicole was born into a family of second-generation diamond dealers and jewellery runs through her blood. She’s always found inspiration in her South African heritage and her constant travels abroad, adventures and relationships continue to fuel her with new ideas and motivation for her collections. Nicole keeps it simple and easy-to-wear; 18 carat gold and solid silver coin-detail necklaces embellished with intricate designs and beautiful stones make for refined staples to complement eveningwear or to contrast a cami and beachy cutoffs . The latest collection ‘Run Close with Me’ has a Middle Eastern feel with Arabian-inspired shapes offsetting a mix of semi-precious stones including onyx, turquoise, Amethyst and Amazonite.
